Exchange and Return Criteria

Before returning, make sure the product is packaged and protected as it is at the beginning. We cannot guarantee a full refund in case of product damage. Please make sure that 14 days have not expired after delivery.


Exchange and return method

Exchange in the United States | Please return it using the return request. Contact Exchange | Customer Service in other countries. Create a return proforma invoice and attach it to the package. We prepare pick-up using the same delivery service as the company that ordered the product. The delivery agent will confirm the delivery of the return product and send you a receipt when the package arrives. For RMA forms and return shipping addresses, please contact our Customer Care team at bunnymonamour@brasscorp.kr
Processing period It takes 2-3 weeks to process returns. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive the returned item and refund or exchange it.


Set exchange and return shipping fees

Shopify can generate return labels if sold in the United States, or you must purchase return labels through the shipping app.


Notice of shipping charges when requesting cancellation/exchange/return

Depending on the product you cancel/exchange/return, additional shipping charges or refund of the product may occur.

VAT related

Shipping and handling costs, gift wrapping costs, and taxes paid (e.g., duties, VAT) are non-refundable.


Description of other return criteria

Enamel products cannot be returned or exchanged (the products are not the same by hand).
